Buyer agents are required to have a home buyer sign a buyer’s representation agreement before they show a home. These agreements typically lock up buyers to exclusively work with that agent for 3 months or more and most of these agreements require you to pay a 2.5% commission. TopHouse Prime members sign buyer representation agreements with $0 commission and they can be cancelled anytime with a click of a button directly on the app.

TopHouse agents will also give you the information and guidance you need. Our agents are required to have been licensed for at least 2 years and completed 20+ transactions to work for us. This is significantly more experience than the average buyer’s agent.

We charge a-la-carte for three things: $39 for a showing, $100 for making an offer, and $1,000 upon a successful close. All fees are only charged on closing, and deducted from your cashback amount.
